[Rock Penstemon]

I liked the way these flowers managed to find a bit of shelter by a rock. The slope has a lot of loose stone on it, and the rock not only provides shelter from wind, but also from stones moving about.

I think I have the ID right, but I'm not 100% sure. There's a closeup available.
