Although some of my photos are on the web, I haven't relinquished the copyright on them. Nonetheless, the images on my web pages are available for your use, provided the conditions described below are met.
Requirements for copying
You may use my images on your personal or non-profit web pages, provided these three conditions are satisfied:
- You acknowledge my copyright on your pages
- You include either my email address (boydj@fiu.edu) or a link to my web page http://jboyd.net/.
- You do not charge for access to your pages.
You may also make personal use of these images as backgrounds or in screen savers.
If you are using these pictures on your web pages, please use a local copy on your server rather than merely linking to my server. (My server thanks you!)
When you need special permission
Any commercial use, or other use not mentioned above requires my express written consent, and possibly payment of a fee.
