Weather Station

Lassen Volcanic National Park, California, July 15, 2007

I guess this is a weather station at the top, although I suppose it could be to monitor the volcano (Lassen). There's an obvious trail headed up that way which I somehow missed earlier. If you look closely, you'll see some hikers in the rocks to the left of the weather station.
