[Orange-breasted Falcon]

We originally took this to be a Bat Falcon, but the more we looked at it, the more it didn't look right. After studying the photos, the consensus was Orange-breasted Falcon. In particular, the feet seemed too formidable for Bat Falcon. There is a also some orange flecking on the chest and the white throat with orange upper breast fits Orange-breasted better.
